ROVA Brilliance LLC Return Policy

At ROVA Brilliance LLC, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return policy below:

Custom Orders

  • Custom Orders: Custom orders are not eligible for return. This includes any jewelry pieces that have been personalized, modified, or specially made to your specifications.

In-Stock Items

  • Eligibility: In-stock items are eligible for return within 14 days after delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition—undamaged, unaltered, with it's tags on, and in perfect condition.
  • Packaging: All returns must include the original packaging, certificates, and any other items that were included with the purchase.

Return Process

  • Initiate Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@rovabrilliance.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
  • Shipping: Ensure that your return is securely packaged and include the RA number. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your item is returned safely. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. ROVA Brilliance does not offer paid return labels. 
  • Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your return, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria. Upon approval, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Important Notes

  • Non-Eligible Items: Items that do not meet the return criteria (e.g., damaged, altered, or missing original packaging, tags, and certificates) will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipping Insurance: We recommend purchasing shipping insurance when returning items to protect against loss or damage during transit. Lost or damaged packages that were not insured will not be refunded.
