ROVA BRILLIANCE LLC RETURN POLICY
1. General Policy
ROVA Brilliance LLC (“ROVA Brilliance,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to providing high-quality jewelry and an exceptional customer experience. Due to the custom nature of many of our products, returns are subject to the following terms and conditions.
2. Custom and Bespoke Orders – Final Sale
2.1. Non-Returnable Items: Custom and bespoke orders are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. This includes, but is not limited to, any jewelry pieces that have been:
- Customized or made to order per customer specifications;
- Modified, resized, engraved, or otherwise altered from the original design;
- Created as part of a bespoke order process.
2.2. Deposit Policy for Bespoke Orders: All deposits for bespoke orders are non-refundable once production has commenced.
3. Returns for In-Stock Items
3.1. Eligibility: Only in-stock items are eligible for return and must be requested within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery as confirmed by the carrier.
3.2. Condition Requirements: To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered;
- The item must have all original tags attached and be in perfect, resalable condition;
- The return must include the original packaging, certificates, and any other items included at the time of purchase.
3.3. Non-Eligible Returns: Items that do not meet the above conditions, including those that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration, will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
4. Return Process
4.1. Initiating a Return: To request a return, customers must contact ROVA Brilliance at info@rovabrilliance.comwithin fourteen (14) days of receiving their order. The request must include the order number, item details, and reason for return.
4.2. Return Authorization (RA) Required: No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization (“RA”) number. Customers will receive detailed instructions on how to return their item once an RA number has been issued.
4.3. Shipping Requirements:
- The return must be securely packaged, with the RA number clearly indicated on the outside of the package.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must use a trackable shipping service.
- Customers are strongly advised to purchase shipping insurance to protect against loss or damage in transit. ROVA Brilliance is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
4.4. Inspection & Refund Processing:
- Upon receipt, returned items will be inspected to ensure compliance with our return policy.
- If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days.
- If the return is denied, the item will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
5. Important Terms & Conditions
5.1. Refund Exclusions:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- ROVA Brilliance does not offer paid return labels.
- If a return is denied due to non-compliance with this policy, no refund will be issued.
5.2. Loss or Damage in Transit:
- Customers assume all risk for loss or damage during return shipping.
- ROVA Brilliance is not responsible for returns that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Customers are encouraged to purchase insurance to protect their return shipment.
6. Chargeback & Fraud Prevention
6.1. Dispute Resolution: Customers are encouraged to contact ROVA Brilliance directly to resolve any order issues prior to initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.
6.2. Fraud Prevention: Any fraudulent chargeback claims or false return requests will be reported to the appropriate authorities and may result in legal action.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
7.1. This Return Policy is governed by the laws of the state in which ROVA Brilliance LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
7.2. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or another mutually agreed-upon arbitration body.
