ROVA BRILLIANCE SHIPPING POLICY
1. Order Processing
1.1. Orders for in-stock items will be processed within five (5) business days following confirmation of payment.
1.2. All items are made to order. Orders will be shipped within approximately four (4) to eight (8) weeks following payment.
1.3. Bespoke orders require a non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total purchase price. Production will commence upon receipt of the deposit, and the item(s) will be shipped upon payment of the remaining fifty percent (50%). Bespoke orders generally require four (4) to eight (8) weeks for completion.
1.4. ROVA Brilliance offers worldwide shipping. The customer shall be solely responsible for any applicable customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or other related import charges.
1.5. Customers who wish to purchase additional shipping insurance must submit a written request via email prior to shipment.
2. Shipping Duration
2.1. Standard shipping is estimated to take approximately five (5) to seven (7) business days. However, this timeframe is an estimate and not a guarantee.
3. Address Accuracy
3.1. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping address information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
3.2. ROVA Brilliance is not responsible for shipping delays, misdeliveries, or non-delivery resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
4. Shipping Delays
4.1. While ROVA Brilliance endeavors to fulfill all orders within the stated timeframes, the company is not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or delays by the shipping carrier.
5. Customer Support
5.1. Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to ROVA Brilliance. For any inquiries regarding this Shipping Policy or the status of an order, customers may contact us via email for further assistance.
6. Risk of Loss and Title Transfer
6.1. All orders are shipped with tracking and considered delivered when the carrier marks the package as "delivered" at the shipping address provided by the customer.
6.2. ROVA Brilliance is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. Customers are encouraged to purchase additional shipping insurance if they are concerned about potential loss or theft.
7. Modifications and Cancellations
7.1. Orders for in-stock items may be modified or canceled within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase. After this period, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
7.2. Made-to-order and bespoke orders are final sale and cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded once production has commenced.
8. Undeliverable Packages & Reshipment Fees
8.1. If a package is returned to ROVA Brilliance due to an incorrect address, failure to pay customs fees, or any other reason beyond ROVA Brilliance’s control, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment costs.
8.2. If the customer refuses a package or fails to collect it from the carrier, no refunds will be issued, and reshipment will only be available upon payment of additional shipping fees.
9. Force Majeure
9.1. ROVA Brilliance shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, labor disputes, shipping disruptions, government actions, or pandemics.
